I called for some quotes last week on a few. I was given a quote on a 25 series landpride by mistake. Don't remember the exact model but it was - 25 series / 70" / 6 blades / 17" diameter / 2200 RPM / Reverse rotation for $4820

You guys need to talk to Mark Carter about his tillers. They are heavy duty and gear drive with a good price.

how wide are those tillers and what would they be compared to for duty?
I have a 52" Woods gtc I paid $1050.00 for that works great but I know it's not a commercial grade by any stretch.

Check the CCM site fro weights, prices, and widths of all models. They look very nice and heavy without a huge markup to go from light to medium to heavy duty.

Thanks so much for posting prices on your site.

Jerry, I agree they are a good price, however, I would bet Tractor Supply nor any dealer across the country, other than Mark at CCM could get a gear when needed. Our RT04 and RT10 First Choice tillers with Series 80 and 100 chains with automatic chain tensioners give no problems and if they do break, a replacement chain can be picked up at thousands of stores nationwide--Ken Sweet

Thank you Ken Sweet for saying CCM has some of the best values in tillers any where you look in the world. Since Ken asked the question on repair parts available at a TSC store I am compelled to answer his question. As you remember Ken, I set you up as a dealer with the First Choice/Sicma tillers and took your first order. Sicma does make a quality tiller. For 3 years I ordered every repair part for every machine Buy Smart sold in that time period. I also handled every warrenty claim as well. The most requested repair parts sold for the First Choice tillers were drive chains, chain adjusters, & side case housings. When the chain breaks most of the time the chain winds up around the top sprocket & lodges against the side casing and deforms the side casing. The side casing, chain and chain adjuster must then be replaced. Sicma has not changed this design. I have their current parts manuals to prove it. You will be hard pressed to find a side casing and chain adjuster at a local TSC store, JerryG.

Mark, If you read my post, I said they were a good price. For all past and future CCM tiller buyers, it would be very helpful for them to know exactly where the CCM dealers are that have gears and support parts in stock today, other than yourself?--Ken Sweet
