Hi
I have a TL3200 with an auxiliary hydraulic ram for tilting/levelling attachments on the 3 point hitch. It has an issue where it no longer pushes down. So unfortunately it is now at the top - so I cannot level any attachments. The hydraulic is contact switch operated (held left if goes up, held right it goes down).
I've checked the electrics and they look good (both directions giving the same voltage). So I suspect the solenoid is shot -or the electrical connection internally is broken.
Can anyone tell me if I can just remove the solenoid (it has squared ends and looks like it can be unscrewed) - or do I need to release the hydraulic fluid somehow (I have no experience with hydraulics). The solenoid I believe is faulty is the rear one - which is in the foreground of this photo (I've pinched from this post - which is of the same unit but unattached) circled in yellow.

Thanks very much
Tim
