The land has not yet been short platted because of anticipated rulings on the Critical Areas Ordinance. There is a wetlands on the parcel and depending on CAO rulings, John may be required to rethink his borders. I'll probably see him this weekend and discuss changing the easement to better suit our goals in the future.

As far as emergency vehicle access, this is not the primary entrance to the area. Initial agreements were to have a gate that wouldn't be locked so for now it will open freely.
