What exactly do you mean by this?

Some how they put a meter on just the geo thermal and you pay a lower rate, I think you pay about 8 cents instead of 12 cents a kilowatt hour. You also get a $550 rebate from the electric company for installing it.

Don't know about in your area. You can still get them here (for now) They are charged with nitrogen, You can use R22 or R407C in them.
