If you are talking about the pins that hold the 3 point hitch arms on, replace them with grade 8 bolts washers and Nylock nuts. Those stock pins fall out all the time at the worst possible time.

Other tips:

-Run it at 2500 RPM if you are working it....hydro's like RPM's

-make sure the front tires are turned around so you have the widest footprint...it makes a huge difference in stability.

-when shifting from one range to another, if it does not want to go in gear, tap one or both of the forward/reverse pedals, then try again.

-use a water hose to flush out debris(chaff and or mouse houses) from between the radiator and the oil cooler. Stuff gets caught in there and it's impossible to see it, so flush from inside the engine compartment and outside the rad.

-this tractor hates dirty battery connections....clean them often

-ignition switch can go at any time....you can take it apart and clean the contacts or just keep a replacement on hand. At 1100 hrs mine is still working fine.

An air compressor with a long air-gun nozzle works great for cleaning the engine compartment, especially between the radiator/screen and oil cooler.....also, remove the air filter after brush-hogging and blow it out, from the inside AND outside with the same long-nozzle air gun....this keep the air intake free and clear....diesel engines and dust don't get along....enjoy your tractor!!...twister

Check all of the loader bolts including the big ones on the frame of the tractor. I also had problems with the little bolts on the loader itself that hold in the grease zerk/pivot pin assembly. I wound up using blue locktite on some of them. Check all of the wheel bolts/nuts. I had trouble with the level indicator tube becoming lose. I wadded up my level indicator rod early on, requiring me to straighten it out and I used blue locktite on the level indicator tube threads.
