Tire pressure for f2690

Okay just received the F today. Dealer put in the recommended tire pressure, it bounces a little too much. What pressures do you have in you tires for better ride. I guess you call the big tires the front. Still getting use to the small tires behind me.

Not sure what pressure is, about 12psi. I usually run to the point where there as almost some bulge to the tire. Improves the ride immensely.

I push with my foot real hard on the tread and if it gives some it's right. Also if the bottom isn't round like the top, you've got a flat which makes for a bumpy ride. Get one of the $5 tire patch/plug repair kits for when you run over a wire/screw/nail. Also keep an eye out for the vent screens and metal slide out filter in front of the radiator and keep them clean, especially if mowing when it's real dry.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Reduced pressure in front and back, rides better. Put it in high range, no way on my property. While it doesn't turn as sharp as the zd326 it is pretty good. So far only had one close call with the rear end, but was watching that one. Feeling my way around the property to see what turning problems I might have. In laws farm will let me know where the problems are. Lot of posts around the ditches he likes to have mowed, we will see.

The dealer had 35 or so pounds on all 4 tires....terrible ride. I lowered them to around 14 or 15 pounds...now rides like a cadillac!!

That is what I have in mine, I always liked the zd326, but the F2690 is really nice. I even added a mounted a waterproof radio to keep on mine.

For tire pressure you should have a full tread print on the ground at a minimum and to have a little bulge does give you a little extra cushion! Often we might be below ten lbs!
