Tires Tire ratios for 2420 4X4

I just bought a new New Holland 2420 compact tractor. I'd like to know if I can trade out the 16 in. front tire/wheel with the taller 20" rubber and what size tire I'd need for the rear to keep the proper ratio w/o causing damage to the trans and axles. thank you,
