Ym220d has 7x14 ag and 11.2x24 but my fronts are dry cracked bad And the normal size is 6x14. Can I use 7x14 and should I tube the tires and 4 or 6 ply

Assuming your Ym220 is a 4 X 4 you must respect the rolling distance (circumference).
If they are the same I would think you'd be OK.
The rule of thumb is (when new) the fronts should lead the rears by about 5%as they wear faster and will soon balance out.
Another 'rule' is that only use 4 x 4 on soft surfaces (soil, snow etc) eg only when necessary.
If U have a loader bucket the more plys the better.
