Went to the local fair last night and was looking at the tractors (currently looking to buy one) I looked at a John Deere 2305 TLB, Massy Ferguson GC2410 TLB and a Bobcat CT122. The Deere and the Massy had alot smaller tires than the Bobcat, The Bobcat tires were probably twice the size front and rear.
What are the advantages and disadvantages with the larger tires?

More ground clearance?

Bumpy Ride?

Backhoe will not dig as deep?

More top heavy?

I have not decided on what brand tractor I will buy yet, Trying to gain all the information I can before buying.

Generally larger tires, more traction. when using the backhoe not as big an issue, as you are not pulling anything. But for loader work larger tires help a lot. Also the larger tires have a bigger load carrying capacity.

Same as Neucam said plus what you posted too.
Smoother ride, more ground clearance.
FYI. The Bobcat tractor is the exact same machine as the Kioti just has different color and stickers.
Look at Kubotas too if you have a dealer near-by. They are all very good machines so it mostly will come down to your personal preference and last but not least what you think of the service at the dealer.
