I need to replace the front tires on my Kubota L1801DT. The ones on it are Japanese Bridgestone AGR-14 6-14
4 PR H.T.Nylon. Does any one out there know what American Bridgestone or other brand would replace them?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hoye Tractor can hook you up, I think their site address is, www.hoyetractor.com, or you could go out on e-bay.

I got curious about the price of tires for my kubota one day. Found that 6-12's are not only old style numbering without any modern equivalent, but few people carry them. I found a few places that wanted over a hundred dollars for one, then saw http://stores.ebay.com/Rustybores-Tire-Store who has a 6-12 for 45 bucks ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=50377&item=2336869063&tc=photo ) compared to hoye who wants 75 ( http://www.hoyetractor.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=HTE&Product_Code=TIRE-6-12-LUG-359-653 ). I have not purchased from either place, was just price shopping after I bought tires for the car.

That price comparison seems a little unfair. Our tires are 4 ply Firestone and include free shipping. The tires on ebay are 2 ply Carlisle and you pay shipping. They are plenty tough as long as you don't put a loader on it. They will puncture much easier though.

Thank you for setting me straight, Aaron. There is a lot people like me DON'T know from simple web searches. I thought I linked a 4 ply Carlisle but honestly do not know anything about tire brands.

I do know I looked for a couple of hours one night and the older tire sizes were very hard to find. It is good to have someone knowledgable about the subject posting here.

I recently had to replace my front tires on my Kubota L1801 with the 6x12 tires and I spent $56.00 including the inner tubes at Les Schwab tire center in Burlington Washington (and I thought that I got took, come to find out it was fair) The new tires are 4 ply and tough as nails the only problem is I cannot remember the name of them I think they were Hondos or something like that.
