Hello all,
I posted here a couple of days ago looking for advice on tires for my 1220.
Apparently I'm learning the hard way how difficult it is to size up tires (R1's and R4's) for this thing without swapping out the rims.
And I understand how important it is to maintain geometry/dimensions of the tires as to not screw up the MFWD.
I'm looking for an aggressive turf type tire that will be useful in the woods (pulling lumber out) and plowing snow (preferably without the use of chains).
Because I live on relatively flat land I'm not worried about snow plowing with the FEL and rear blade.
Does anyone out there know of a good tire with a HDAP type tread and good ply rating like 4 ply or better yet 6 ply.?
