Tires Tubed or Not

Oh oh, that wasn't the idea. Seems I may do dishes more than once in a while and do know where the dish soap is.

And you know what else? Your "cure" just got me in hot water...DISH WATER at that. I have a tubeless tire with a slow leak. Thought I'd go try the dish soap trick. I walked into the kitchen and asked my wife where the dish soap was at. I got blasted! "If you EVER helped me with the dishes you'd already know where it was". Oh great. Now I have to promise to help with the dishes if I want dinner.

I was much better off with a tire that needed air once a week.

Now that's funny. See what you done went and did.

And now, for the rest of the story.

This is an on-going issue, related to the fact that my wife has wanted a dishwasher since the first time she ever laid eyes on one. In the beginning, we couldn't afford one. Then we always planned on building a new house on the farm. Towards the end of our living there, we decided to wait until we moved to the new place. Now we're there. Plans are to remodel the kitchen, provided we don't sell this place. (developer has made offer on the new place) Right now, there's just the 2 of us. We like to dine out, and do that 3 or 4 times a week. As has been brought to my attention, I never do dishes anyway, so WHY would I be in a big rush to get one. After all, we've been married 40 years without one, and we can't live forever.

ps Address any future correspondance to my garage/the dog house, as that's where I'm about to be relocated.

Ha Ha, great story! My 93 year old grandmother lived her entire life without a dishwasher other than her own two hands.

FWIW, try getting your own little bottle of dish soap and keep it in the shop....that's what I do.
