Titan Attachments 94" Snow Plow

Picked up one of these in January '22. For the money seems like a good deal. Hoses were crushed in shipping, requested replacements from Titan.
Was on sale at the time, a little less than $2k.
Going to try it without skids otherwise will get some welded on.
Have to buy hose and quick release couplers from the back hydraulic 3rd function outlets.

Around here hoses and fittings are scarce as hens teeth and they want an arm and a leg for it.
Getting it right can be very expensive if an pro does it or we can do it ourselves.

Corect type and size hose to run to the front from rear remotes.

My Kuhn's hay grapple showed up today...Santa Came Early. Now I need to have hydraulic hoses made up (or bought on-line) to go from the rear remotes to the front of the loader arm, a set of quick connect couplings, then a set of shorter hoses to the grapple unit hydraulic cylinder. At the...

3/8" hose works well for loaders and most 2-cylinder grapples. Not so much for Top & Tilt cylinders or cylinders where you want fine control. I have to really try hard to barely "feather" the T&T valves. If you need fine control of cylinders you may want to add flow control/restrictor devices where needed--At specific cylinders. This allows you to use remotes at full flow for other devices or equipment.

Just a thought.

You may find that it trips very easy. Seems much like my plow, frustrating to have it trip and flop onto the road.

That was mentioned in the reviews.
Did you tighten down the springs all the way?
Floppy plows are no fun, on reflection a plow that does not "trip" could transfer shock to the weakest link.
