Both front tires on my 2020 MT345e have a cut in between the treads. Does anyone know if the tires are covered under warranty? I haven’t been able to reach the dealer today.

When I bought my 6530 new in 2007, the front R1s had already started concentric separation rings at the start of the lug. I later went by my "have any kind of tire for anything" Titan dealer and he got in touch with Titan. They wanted pictures which he supplied and a matter of a day or two I had 2 new tires without cracks. I guess you would say that's honoring your warranty.

Fast forward, 2022, the new tires developed the same thing but over the years they have only slightly enlarged; nothing to even talk about. The rear Titan R1s have shown zero implications of cracking.

My take on their tires is that they have a tough rubber compound to resist wear and as a result don't include a lot of plasticizers that, when the tire is flexed in use, keep the rubber supple.....but that condition also leads to premature wearing. Damned if you do, damned if you don't..........

Thanks for the reply! I’ll keep that in mind when looking for tires. Hopefully I‘ll talk with the dealer on Monday and at the very least find out if the size i need is in stock or available without a long wait.

I had a sidewall failure on a Titan tire about 6 years ago. It was like a shotgun boom and the tire was flat in 3 seconds.
Contacted Titan and they said they would prorate the tire if I took it to my local Titan dealer and he filled out a form, which he did, and sent it to Titan.
Despite repeated calls to my “case manager”, who promised me my reimbursement was on its way, I never got a penny from them.

I had a couple of the same cuts on one of my rear tires when I bought mine in 2015 (I have R1's). My dealer told me he thought it was cut by me running over some glass. I had only run the tractor around my yard at that point, so I didn't think that was the case, but they weren't too deep, they haven't changed in the years since, and it hasn't caused any issues. Perhaps they are a side effect of the manufacturing process?

Torque cracks.

Nokian skidder tires in the 28L size iirc, did that after little usage. They were warrantied them.
