TK4050 air filters

Is anyone else having trouble with the exterior filters on the 4050 New Holland letting way too much dust into the A/C unit and filling the cab with dust on start up?
New Holland America is teling me that I am the only one in North America with this problem. Its gotten so bad that my guys need to wear resperators in the cabs on hot days.

Did you or the dealer check the cab filter seals for leaks around the gaskets or through the filters themselves? Also, could have a seal leak under the roof.
Only at startup?
