hi all, this site got me through a clutch rebuild, electrical, fuel and a bunch of other stuff.so now i am into hydraulics.i have tl 1900-w/bushhog backhoe&bushhog f.e. loader.since i have owned it the b.h.has always leaked from the spools on top.replaced rings a bunch of times.bushhog sent me 1/4 inch thick retaining rings to replace the original thin ones.still fluid found a way to come up and out.so what is happening now is i keep blowing the bottom o- ringon the lift circuit.i have replaced it 3 times now and i pretty much have to take the whole thing apart to do it.of coarse my brother was operating when this mess started the loader works fine but when i hook up the b.h.it lets loose. last time the machine ran for 30 minutes everything worked.i go to put her on my trailer and i see fluid poring out. i noticed the manaul suggests apower beyond kit.my machine is plumbed with out that.pressure go to the backhoe then to the loader and then to the sump.corriher implement n.carolina set this up for me.they say i dont need the power beyond i have calle a few times they insist it should be fine now im here on long island.not to much support up here. i have not checked under the seat where the where the link controls are .i forgot to mention after she blew the first time the hyd/trans filter had gasket type material in it.i dont believe there is any gasket material in the system is there?so before i replce every hoseand whatever elsemaybe some one can make some sense out of this so thanks in advance for just reading this.
