Iseki TL 1900
I have had this Iseki TL 1900 four several years. It has a front end loader and three pt hitch. It is a nice machine. I apparently put some bad fuel in it and it has quit running. I am in the process of draining the tank and want to bleed the lines, but I am reluctant without a manual or some guidance. I found some Bolens models with smaller engines but similar but I don't know if I have and Iseki engine or a Mitsubishi. It is a three cyl diesel, I can find no serial numbers or ID plats. Can anyone help, I'm not proceeding until I'm comfortable, I think I understand the bleeding procedure and would just like to know more about it.

I was under the impression that the TL1900 had an Isuzu 3AF1 engine.

Thank you. I suspected Isuzu, but I could not find any identifying plates. I'm going to have to read up on "Grey Tractors." I'm wondering if that is what I might have as I can find no manufacturers plates or ID numbers anywhere yet.

On my TS1610 the engine type is casted into the block, about 1" tall characters on the side of the block. Just above the starter. If these are painted the same color as the block or covered with dust it my be harder to see. It could help need to look with a flash light. Heres a photo from my TS1610:

When I bleeding the fuel line of my TS1610 I posted fuel line bleeding instructions for the TS1610. To find those searh for my member name and look for "Bleeding Air - TS1610 ..."

If you post pictures if your TL1900 fuel pump I can see if the pump matches some other models in my manuals.

Here is the air bleeding procedure for the 3AE1 engine found in the tl2100 and onwards, i dont think it's much different from the 3AF1 in my TL1900 :

Got to hand it to you, necessity is the mother of invention. Who'd a thunk it. My tractor is sitting level, but I'll keep your trick in mind just in case. Thanks.

I am a little surprised that you did not have to crack the lines at the injector. I hope I don't. My problem is I think I put in some bad fuel. It was running just find then just died. My first though was bad fuel. I've drained the tank, have the fuel filter out, need to get a new one, and am ready to put in some good fuel, then we'll see. Thanks for the pictures, they describe my pump to a "T."
