Hi All I recently acquired a TL2100, she runs good but I'm having problems with the 3ph and the loader. I'm not sure if they are related but I'll spell it out and see what people think. When I got it the 3 point was stuck in the up position. The tap under the seat was seized in the closed position from sitting. I removed the tap, soaked it in WD40 which fixed it. I put it back on, opened it up and the 3 point arms dropped down, however, they will not raise. The shaft that controls the 3 point is turning so I know its not that. At the same time the loader is not working properly. When I first got it it would not work at all but the tractor had very little hyd fluid in it and the filter was badly clogged. I cleaned the filter and replaced the fluid adding enough to bring the level up to the dipstick (6 gals). Now the loader will raise quickly and strong when I pull the joystick back and to the right or forward and left. If I move the joystick into the normal positions, sideways and back and forth the loader will not work at all.
I am wondering if the loader valve might be preventing the 3 point from getting pressure because of it having a problem. The loader is fed by 2 lines from a manifold under the seat. I was thinking as a first step I would disconnect these lines and cap them off and see if the 3 point works to try and isolate the problem. Any and all advice appreciated. Thanks. Gerry
