Iseki TL3200
Hello everyone. I've done lots of reading on here, but this is my first post.

Several nights ago I was using my iseki and it had a sudden loss of power. To the point I could not drive in high range and curling the bucket empty would nearly stall the engine. When happened I was in the field moving some dirt around. After a minute Somthing went pop and fluid started to spray out of the hydraulic pump area. I thought it was the banjo fitting on the pressure side, but it was actually the seal between the two halfs of the pump. After the seal went, all the power came back to the tractor.

The pump is at the hydraulic shop and they are going to try and repair it. They believe that there is a blockage in the hydraulic system causing the hydraulics to be under load constantly.

System setup:
Pump-> loader valves -> back of tractor

Ideas on where?
Is there a pressure regulator on the 3pt hitch?
Thoughts on further diagnosis?
Engine is the isuzu 4fa1.

Thanks in advance.

Looking at the chain of events leading up the your problem
I would be looking at the loader valves first because
you were using them at the time the problem started.

Thank you. I have gone over the loader valve, all good.

I have since put the repaired hyd pump back on. Problem went away.... that is until.the 3pt hitch was all the way up. If I move it slightly down, the problem goes away... i can now repeat the issue and it is definately tied to the 3pt hitch being in the up position.

There is a small plunger valve that get activated when the hitch is up. I have removed it and it appears clean. I also checked the system pressure relief at the back of the tractor, it also appears clean.

I have the cap off the top of the 3pt hitch cylinder and have blown out all the passages (which also appear clear)... I took out the lowering valve and it also appears clear.

Does anyone have any idea what else could affect this? I'll tear it right down if I need to....

Does anyone have a diagram?

I have pics of the whole thing. Not sure how to put them on here from my phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Here are a few pictures of the safety setup on my TX1300 to push lift lever to center.
without this my pump overloads. There is no bypass/relief valve in 3 point lift valve on my tractor.

Just had a though, I think the later Iseki's had this arrangement inside under
3 point lift cylinder. If so, you would need to remove cylinder assembly to
work on that if your's has something like that.

Its basically running now. only thing is I have to leave the 3pt hitch an inch from the top...

One picture shows what I believe to be the main system pressure regulator at the back of the tractor. The other shows the lever that is activated when the 3pt gets to the top (although it doesn't appear to be functioning properly... is this a stop valve and the source of my issues?

The TL3200 has a sensing rod to the 3 point arm which when the 3 point is at full up, it will kick the 3 point controlout of raise position.. If it is bent or disconnected, it will allow the pump to dead head. The pumps generally are not rebuildable. We supply pumps.
