I sold mine about 10 months ago. No QA or hoe for about $26,500. It had 130 some odd hours. I sold it not because there was anything wrong but rather I had pretty much done what I needed and turned out that it really does not make a very good mowing machine which is about 60% of what I seem to do anymore. The loader was superb and powerful. Very strong and smooth machine. Check carverequipment.com for an idea of what a ball park price will be.

I just visited a site? Depratt or one of the other dealers that spend time on TBN like Carver have an L48 TLB for 32900 or 33900 new. My guess is , you should be able to pick one up for around 34 k+ or - a 1000 with those options. This would be a good price. I payed 37K for mine but I am not sorry I got it. I ended up adding front hydraulics and a 4in1 front bucket for an additional 1500 with the deal.
An L48 is a great unit. You will find it powerful and smooth. Very nice HST.

It was Carverequipment.com that have one listed in the special deals list. It is 33795 or so. You could check with them. They have been good about info. Others have as well so I am not saying they stand out more, just that I have gotten fast and nice responses on requests from them.
I still think, with the options you are looking for you will be in the 34.5 to 35K in a competitive market area.
