TMG Tiller gear box seal

I'm about to begin repairs on a TMG 72 inch tiller....I purchased it used and the gear box input seal is leaking and possibly the gear drive box seal is as well....in my town there are no ag dealers. I can drive to a Kubota dealer 30 miles away but my question is will a seal from NAPA or O'Reilly's work as well as one from an Ag shop...I just don't know if there's a difference, never done this repair before. I've looked at youtubes on removing the seals and it looks like the "bent nail" method is the best on the gear box, not sure on the drive box....any thoughts on that. Thanks

They should be the same, I have big books of cross ref for bearings, seals and belts and there are several brand names for the same spec'd item.

Got the seal job done. Here’s a couple of photos of the job. The project started out as maintenance on the slip clutch. It wound up doing a seal job on the gearbox and on the transmission. When I took apart, the slip clutch it was minus any clutch disc one seem to be melted. Are there any recommendations on the type of Friction disc to reinstall. They may all be basically the same so it may not matter, but I thought I’d ask. Anyhow, this is the last part to get this together. So word of advice when you buy used piece of equipment check all these things out particularly Lubrication issues and rotating parts.
