The diaphragm has failed. Time for a new pump.

New Holland does not support parts for the pump. Yes, the pump is bolted together so theoretically the diaphragm can be changed if it can be sourced.

The kit is a available but my dealer told me they used to rebuild them but got away from doing it as they never had great success with it. I ended up b
uying the whole pump for 100 bucks.

There ya go, you had the answer before you asked the question. The difference is when a dealer rebuilds something like that the customers pay shop rate for the labor. If you do it on your bench you do not. I wouldn’t recommend rebuilding one at my job even if I knew where to source the kit. But if I had a tractor at home I would probably put a kit in it.
