I stripped a gear in the wiper motor and got a new one. Is there a particular method of installing these. There are 2 threaded mounting points, I assume you would want even pressure squeezing on the glass. Dealer is of no help in terms of a diagram, it came with several plastic sleeves and washers but no instructions, and they are different than the original one that I am removing.
