Personal I wouldnt even consider a backhoe without a subframe. I know a guy down the road, that has a TN75 or something in that size anyway. He picked up a huge 3 point hitch backhoe. Looks funny, because the thing is so heavy that it just about drags (the loaded rear wheels squatting so bad). How he treats his tractor, I am just waiting fot it to break. The chance that your tractors housing cracks and then the tractor splits in half is soooo much less with a subframe as the load is more spread evenly. Also you might want more down pressure that you get if you have a subframe, as the 3 point hitch doesn't go up when digging in some heavy stuff. Maybe you wanna search a bit. As for me: My 757C (small hoe) has a subframe that goes on my TC55DA.
