tn60a starting problem

My tn60a doesn't even turn over when turning the key. I am guessing that the safety starting switch is sstuck or bad (with the manual shuttle in neutral). Anybody know where the switch is located? There isn't a diagram in the manual, i have crawled around underneath and I can't find it. Otherwise, any ideas on other possibilities?

Gotta get the blade on and get some snow cleared! You know the story...

You did check battery to see if it is charged? Lights work?

Mechanical shuttle NSS is a ball switch in the side of the transmission housing just below and in front of the park brake handle. If the PTO icon remains lit with the tractor off and key on, the PTO NSS circuit is the culprit.
