I assume you have AG tires (R1) 28's or larger with wheel weights and loaded tires.
If that is the case, just make sure the grass is reasonably dry so it doesn't push you downhill. Otherwise, should be no problem.
I too have used a large Great Plains no-till drill and my land is quite hilly. No problem except I accidentally popped the clutch (foot slipped off the pedal) once and lifted the front tires higher than I was comfortable with. FYI, I was ballasted to about 8800 lbs. Your TN65 might be significantly lighter. Consider front suitcase weights.
