Tn75a newholland water pump issues

Replaced water pump recently. May have 10hrs on new one. The reason for replacement was it was locking up and making noise. The operater told me the fan seemed it would stop then a loud noise would be heard and the fan would start back and alot of dust would fly out. I pulled off old pump and noticed alot of dust/chicken _hit packed around the pump shaft housing and the pulley. I removed pulley and cleaned to turn shaft for test. There was a resistance noted turning it and a screaming noise. The new pump just started the same. This tractor is on a poultry farm. Broiler Houses. It is exposed to heavy dust, and all the rest. The operater washes the tractor daily when being run in or near houses or waste. The problem is back. Just wondering if anyone might can help. Trying to find tech info trouble shooting EXC... Thanks

It may be that youre washing the bearing dry -- esp if you are pressure washing. After cleaning it up of the current crud try spraying a light oil forcefully into the front of the shaft. Try to spin and work it in. If this helps do not wash the area any more, and if you do try to find a way to get some grease back into the bearing each time.. While its clean you might try packing some grease into the housing around the shaft. Some of it might get to the bearing .. and the rest will help keep dust from moving in along the shaft to the bearing

Thanks but the problem is the dust and feathers exc... are getting packed in pully and rubbing against the housing and heating the pump up. Maybe did not ask for help in the right way. I am trying to find others with same application maybe have had the same issue. The way the pully is against the pump is trapping dust and then packing it in place. Wish i could better explain myself. Maybe get some pics.
