Tractor
Powerstar t4.75
I currently have a 2004 tn75da. I'm looking for a new tractor to replace the tn75. Looks like NH replaced the TN line and more recently the 4030 with the powerstar tractor. The problem I'm running into with the type of work I do is, The new powerstar is 97" tall according to the specs. My TN is 90". My question is, has any one lowered the tractor some? Also how would you recommend lower it? The only way I can think of is with smaller tires and rims. I know this doesn't apply to most of you on here. I only Box Blade with my tractor around houses down here in S. Florida, so clearance is a big issue for me. Anybody on here due a lot of box blade work with their powerstar feel free to chime in.

Do they make an "orchard" version like other manufacturers do?

I would check into R4 tires and wheels, they are lower and wider than R1's. That maybe your only option for lowering the overall height if this is a cab tractor.

Thanks, just going to swap tires from my trade in to the new tractor. Should lower about 3 to 4 inches.
