TN75DA Shuttle Wake-up

My TN75DA has developed an issue where the shuttle will not operate (stays in neutral) for the 1st 30 seconds after start-up but after that is works fine. I have checked for air getting into the hydraulics and have found none. All hydraulics operate fine during the time the shuttle will not work.

Just got the tractor back from the shop. They replaced the transmisson/hydralic pressure switch.
