If there is a source of heat, cold or moisture in any building, then it will sweat. Even highly insulated top dollar homes will sweat, just look at the windows.
My statement is based on sheds and barns without heating or cooling systems.
I dont' think the second layer of roof eliminated the humidity four guys are creating in a small cabin, but instead your allowing it to disipatate into a new area and it is now less noticable.
