To re-torque or not?

Just checking the waters here. I was leaning toward re-torquing the heads and adjusting the valve. I might have miss-spoke, it was an employee of the dealer that told me re-torquing the head was unnecessary. Thanks for all of your thoughts, I do value the knowledge and experience passed on in this forum.

Good post, I want to do it for my foton 254 but doesn't show the procedure in the manual. It has the laidong 3 cyl engine so it should be the same for the jinma. Does anybody have a step by step of this please so I don't screw this up. Spring is approaching still here in Saskatchewan so good time to do the work. Thanks!
