Today's Post Icons: Missing

When posting a new thread, I use to be able to choose from a small group of icons that showed up on the Today's Posts main page(2nd column from the far left). One in particular was the blue circle with the question mark inside. It was a nice way of giving people a heads up about what the post was about.

I have included an example. (You will have to click on it to make it legible)

Where do I find them again or what have I turned off?

It is not part of the Smilies to the right of the Input text box. Nor is it under the Manage Attachments page.

I've searched the forum without any results of helping me find where these have disappeared to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was hoping to get some advice on this, but I do have something new to add.

I was going to send a private message. When I opened a screen for doing this, there they were right below the text box, like they should be.

Does anybody have an idea of why I don't have them when I am starting a new thread to any of the forum groups?
