Todays project - 24 x 36 cold frame

Im putting up a new cold frame because the foot of snow we had last month destroyed the old one. Doesn't mother nature know that it doesn't snow a foot in the desert. It's slow going working alone, but Im making progress. Raise the jib, get off the tractor to see where it is because the bucket is in the way. Pull front 1', get off, look... back up 6" get off look. Lower it down a foot, get off , raise it 4". You get the idea.

Cheap HF remote control winch in the bucket would have worked nice when trying to do that.
