I found this pump on Craigslist but I am not sure how the valve block is plumbed. To me it looks like it was set up as a Double Acting pump (with two valves), but it looks like three parts were in use. Is the bottom one on the left the return? Also, are the valves normally open (and energized to close) ... Or vice versa.

Thanks for any suggestions

If the valves are not to rustted there should be some identification marks on the hex under the coils. Coils almost look like Delta power and if they are the name should be molded into the coils. If Delta power valves the ycould either be pin stamped or impression stamped. I would look for something Like S2A or S2C or S3A or S4A

S2A = Normally closed
S2C = Normally open
S3A = 3 way- 2 position
S4A = 4 way - 2 position

Only torque the coils nuts tight enough to keep the coils fom turning less than 60 in lbs. To much torque will stretch the tubes and ruin the valves.
