I have an L3400 and if you see my post i love this tractor only 12 hours on it so far so i guess the jurys still out on it but alot of power.If like me you will hate to start using the loader and take the paint off the bucket oh boy it hurts when new good luck. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I have indeed been following your posts (along with all the others...TBN IS addictive!) I agree completely about the power.....just great!.

I don't have a FEL (have an L35 for the loader and backhoe work), but...that first scratch is gonna be a tough one! I'll be mainly using the 3400 with a 5' rotary, a 6' flail and a 7' sickle bar, trying to keep the old family farm from becoming overgrown. Boy, I'm really gonna hate all that seat time.....yeah, right.... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

See you're a christmas tree farmer. I've thinking along those lines some myself, now that I've retired from the reguler 9 to 5. Thinking of starting with about 200 white spruce seedlings and see where it goes. My land abuts a wetland area and I think the species should do well here. Any words of advice?
