Tool Storage on Grand L Cab Model Tractors?

Any ideas for storing tools on a Grand L cab model tractor?

I've been using this cross tube storage "tray" on several Kubota models:



It works well on the Grand L's but only on the left side since the right side tube is used to route hydraulic lines. It works on the FEL cross tubes but the contents roll around as the FEL is used.

Any other ideas?

I keep looking on my 5460 and every location seems to block my ability to see something. My current solution is an old shaving kit bag behind the seat for smaller pliers, pins, screwdrivers, etc. I keep a claw hammer and longer screwdriver in the plastic tray beside the seat. I keep a small pry bar in the floor and gloves are between the seat and fender.

I would prefer a tool box mounted outside the cab but cannot find a location that suits me. Hopefully a clever TBN member will post a better solution.
