I'm trying to put together a toolbar for hilling, cultivating, etc. I took some measurements off of one that I saw. The actual toolbar seems to be 2.5" square tubing with 1/4" thick walls. Is this what is called 2-1/4 diamond toolbar? All of the clamps and such refer to 2-1/4 or 4x4 on up. Nothing measures 2.25"...but I am thinking it is 2" inside with 1/4" walls.

Justin, I realize there are tool-bars used for cultivating but you do realize a true cultivator allows the use of more than one set of plows at the time and may save you tripes across the field.

They are built to allow a front set, middle set and third set of cultivators. This allows you to bed a row and lay it off in one pass or to cultivate near the crop with small plows and run larger sweeps further from the crop. If you ask around depending on there as farmers have moved up in size of equipment one row and two row cultivators as often sold for little but can be bought new.

Not suggesting this set but near the design I am talking about.
