I have the one from Carver. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have an FFC for my Deere 60" loader bucket and they must have thought I had a 58 1/2" bucket. While I didn't need it to fit snugly I thought this was a little too much to allow for "play" or "centering." I didn't want to mess around with returning it and all that would entail so I just bought 1 1/2" worth of flat washers. I'm not saying you couldn't get an FFC that fit perfectly but I was disappointed with mine.

I've got the one from Carver also. Fit is very good. They knew the loader/bucket but still asked for an exact measurement. I am very impressed with the function/uses for a tooth bar.

I ordered my WR Long toothbar from Carver and got it after six days even through they said it would take three weeks. There was room for just one washer to fit in between the toothbar and the bucket. I really like it. Nice workmanship.

If you need help installing it, here is what I did. I went to Home Depot and bought the extra washer (the toothbar just came with the two for the outside). I also picked up a 3/4" hole saw called the "Aggressor" by BLU-MOL and a 3/8" hole saw mandel with intergrated 1/4" drill bit in the center. Just position the bucket at a comfortable working level. Put the waher in between the toothbar and the bucket. Line up by banging with a rubber mallet. When the washer is properly aligned, trace the inside circle with a felt tip pen. Remove toothbar and washer and punch a starting dimple for accuracy. Begin drilling. In about five minutes, you can have both holes drilled and the toothbar bolted on. Enjoy!

Here's a pic of my FFC extra HD toothbar on my JD HD bucket. This has tremendous digging ability. I'm not at all concerned about these teeth or shanks breaking...they are so massive.

Bob,

I have been looking at these on Carvers site and they specifically state tooth bars don't work on HD buckets with removable/bolt on cutting edges like I have on my B21TLB.

Now I see yours has essentially the same setup as mine. Can you provide some feedback on this and the rough cost? My bucket is the HD 56".

I have an FFC that fits my 49" bucket perfectly. But when I ordered it, I gave them exact measurements of my inside bucket width and thickness of bucket edge.
