Loader Toothbar on KL402 FEL?

Just curious if anyone has put a toothbar on their KL402 FEL? The bucket already has holes factory drilled in the sides and I was wondering if the lined with the toothbar mounts, or is this going to be a head banging install because the holes don't match, no room to drill new ones etc.

Holes line up perfectly with Kioti's double sided add on metal edge, which keeps the bucket's edge from wearing out, especially at the corners .
I can't speak to specifics about a toothbar from Kioti- possibly they make one that fits. Sure someone who knows will post the answer.

Unless purchasing a toothbar custom made for Kioti I think you'll have to drill holes. Here's a link to a thread with more info:

I recall another thread where a knowledgeable Kioti poster (I think it was Wallace, but may be mistaken) said the main reason the holes are there are to fasten the buckets to the pallets for shipping.

A toothbar for my DK35 is on my "wish list", so I'd be interested to hear how you make out.

That is correct, the holes were there for the factory to build them (hanging during paint) and they are used to bolt the bucket to the pallet.

I just put toothbar on my dk40 and it has slots for the bolts to go through to adjust. However I believe the holes were not even close for the toothbar and had to drill two half inch holes in my bucket to attach it to the sides.
