If you like it, buy it. LS owners here on TBS and likely everyone else have experienced few to none defects with their tractors. This doesn't necessarily guarantee that you will get a defect free one as every tractor, automobile and truck manufacturer has the occasional odd ball that has some problems. Having a good dealer and warranty is what separates the good from the bad. What few problems (broke the seat bracket due to rough riding - new improved bracket by dealer: Broke the drawbar attachment bracket trying to pull out a loaded 14 yard dump truck - new improved bracket and support by dealer, broke the front drive shaft trying to pull up a stump during which I broke the links on a 3/8" grade 70 chain - replaced by dealer. All the problems I have had with my LS have been mostly due to abuse but the LS dealer fixed all without charge.
If you have a good dealer that you like that is selling LS, then go for it, you wont be sorry.
