Top speed for TC45DA?

I know my TC45DA can not out run my Tundra, but, what is the top speed for it? When I need to travel to the local gas station, or to other properties in the area (less then 3 miles), I need to pack an over night bag!!!!! Dairy cattle out run me!!!! I swore I saw grass grow during my travels!!!! My neighbour's David Brown left me in the dust..literally!!!

I have the hydrostatic model and was wondering if there is another speed higher then the rabbit!!???

Check your owners manual. That model should have Turtle, Rabbit, and Cheetah. It's on the front left if I recall.

My manual says 13.60 for the 40 and 45. I have the r tires and above about 7-8 mph she vibrates like crazy and the cab shakes alot too.
I am hoping it is just the new tires causing it because I run on the road alot plowing , I like the tractor but the vibes are no fun in the road

Put a stick on the bonnet pointing forward and hang a carrot off of that , select Rabbit speed and see how that goes

Could it be that the hydro. linkag isn't adjusted properly and not getting full pressure in forward.

My 45DA is slow too. It took me 20 min to go approx 2 miles

The HST pedals have two adjustments. One is for the neutral position to prevent creep, and the other is for the maximum pedal deflection. The forward pedals maximum speed adjustment is on the reverse pedal. When you depress the forward pedal, the reverse pedal comes up (moves opposite the forward pedal). If you look under the right platform, you will see a stop bolt that limits the reverse pedal's movement. By adjusting this bolt, you can allow the forward pedal to have slightly higher speed.

On cab tractors, the limiting factor may be the pedal hitting the cab structure or something else, but you might as well check under the platform to see if you can get some more speed. You don't have to have the tractor running to do the adjustment. Just move the pedal (or have someone else do it) and adjust the stop bolt on the reverse pedal.

My TC40DA is pretty darn slow too... I think the manual said 16mph top speed but I do not have it in front of me right now.
I used a handheld GPS to check mine and it only hit 10 mph on flat ground, I am going to try the adjustment jinmam suggested and see if I can gain a few mph.
