Toro groundmaster 117 info

any one know anything about groundmaster 117 1300 hours on it thinking on buying it looking for pros and cons thanks

I used a groundsmaster on a golfcourse for several years. They are LOUD, so get yourself some earplugs. You also feel any bumps when driving. I thought that they cut well, especially thick grass a foot tall. You can really turn fast around trees, etc.
Just my 2 cents.

It was gas. You could also get other implements to go with it in place of the mowing deck, such as a core pulverizer. It's been a while, but I remember distinctly the vibrations from the mower and engine made my hands hurt after a full shift mowing rough. That, and the Toro sets up high with no protection, so it was kind of scary to have a ball come screaming at your noggin.

ya the ball thing does not sound to fun to me /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif .called my local Toro dealer and ask if he could find me a service manual on it . thanks for the info
