Track king mini dozier steering clutch adjustment

I hope I'm posting this on the right place but I'm trying to find out if anyone has adjusted the steering clutches on a track king dozier.I have been tying to find some info on it but I cannot. Any help would be appreciated thank you

They are the same as the Nortrac NB3500 sold by Northern Tool, where you can also purchase parts and manuals.
They are a re-branded Yuchai. You can also get parts directly from Yuchai in China.
