Tractor
Bobcat 335 for the fun stuff JD gt235 for the lawn
I have learned alot reading and now want to run my plan by the gang....I typed up info about what I have land and implement wise and am planning on just giving it to local dealers to put them all on the same playing field. Has anyone done this? How did it work out? Am I on track for my machine prefs? Here is my info:

60 acres
40 hay--worked on shares..I have no interest in cutting or baling but would like to help by moving wagons
5 cross fences horse paddock in 1-2 acre parcels
5 lawn. Fairly flat, few trees
10 timber
1/4 mile gravel driveway

My implements: I know, I put the cart before the horse
5 foot rotary cutter
post hole digger 9 and 12 inch augers
single bottom plow
6.5 foot disc harrow
6 foot rear blade
6 foot box blade
3 point quick-attach
3 point 12 foot swath sprayer (electric)
full size ground driven manure spreader JD model H-47 want it?????

My needs:
75 % mow lawn
5 % each disc and replant paddock, maintain drive, general bush hogging, firewood management, loader work

My wants:
I have been using my neighbors JD 4410 and like the size
Minimum 25 PTO hp
MAX height is 96 inches (8 feet) to fit in barn
r-4 tires with 4wd
less than 4500# with tractor and loader (I want to be able to add and implement and move with 7k trailer)
ability to easily remove both bucket only(with tooth bar) and loader assembly easily. Also want hooks on bucket.
7 foot rear finish mower (consider flail) (consider MMM if off and on in less that 10 minutes)
hydrostat 3 range
the larger tires the better (for mowing in horse paddocks)
one rear remote with a quote for a second (quote for hydraulic top link, otherwise I will find online)
telescopic stabilizers and link ends
suspension seat
quote for rear trailer wiring harness(so I can turn sprayer on and off by turning lights on and off.
Rear work light for snow overnight
Position control
Pallet forks, used is fine, Preferably adjustable
What finance offers are available

Only thing that I though might be pushing a 25 PTO hp unit is the 7’ finish mower. The other thing that comes to mind is the haying for shares. If you are doing round bales and stacking hay in a barn loader lift capacity is something to pay attention to. Many of the 25 - 35 hp tractors will struggle with full round bales.

Don't know what your budget limit is, but with 60 acres and a long requirements list like this one, my first reaction is that you need a 30-40hp (pto) tractor for field work and a nice ZTR mower for your landscaping tasks.
