Unless you have a factory cab, forget about being quite. If anything, it will probably be noiser. There is some sound dampening foam on the inside of the roof on mine, but it's still very noisy. I always were music muffs, so it doesnt bother me.

The noise level is a great point and something anyone with with a sub-compact and cab should pay attention to. I have a MF GC2600 and built my own cab and measured dB in the chair went up about 10 dB and is now a hair under 100dB. I haven't performed an RTA analysis yet to determine the offending frequencies but I would guess a range from about 100hz to 1khz or so are the loudest. I would suggest anyone running a cab with a sub-compact to don hearing protection.
