Tractor Christmas Lights

We sit right off a major highway, so for the last several years we've taken to decorating a few tractors. This year was a bit more lights than last. About 8000ft worth.

I need to go out and take more pictures. When I took these not everything had turned on yet. We did the roof lines of the sales and service buildings, the Nitro Sprayer, A Kubota KX080 excavator, our Case IH and New Holland signs, and the highway fence. It took two guys about two days. Its nothing though compared to the farm up the road about a mile. The guy borrows a telehandler from us and spends a solid 2-3 weeks putting up lights. Its awesome, professional looking and not tacky.

There's a guy down this way who always sets out 9 John DEERe lawn tractors pulling a wagon with a Santa in it. The front tractor has a red light on it, of course.

Neat Stuff, Messicks!

It reminds me of the display Terex put out when they were building earthmovers in Hudson, Ohio. They had some really huge equipment lined up like Santa and his sleigh every year, all decorated for the season.

I can't find the pictures now, but last year we did 6 BX's pulling a big New Holland TS. There where rope light reigns, the front machine had a snow blower with a red chute. Kubota's where done in orange lights and the New Holland in blue. It was cool, but kinda messy from a distance.
