I had a few scares like that last winter when my tractor slid sideways down the small embankments of my driveway and trails. That's and better traction is the reason I put v-bar chains on my rear R4's. This winter I put v-bar chains on my front tires too. My hope is I will never slide sideways agin. i am also putting my ROPS up the minute I get it out of the garage.
