I am looking at purchasing this disc from a man close to me and he has obviously done quite a bit of work to it. He replaced all nuts and bolts and put 11 new 20 disc on and 8 all new sealed bearings. He told me he believes the disc is an older Massey Ferguson disc but has not found a plate to confirm this. He said when he purchased it, it was faded white and red which was mainly Massey and International but International does not run the same type of bearings this one does therefore he believes it to be a Massey Ferguson disc. It is obviously very clean so what is a fair market value? It is 6 foot 10 inched how it is in the picture but can be widened at the back to 8 foot. He called it a broke back disc which I have never seen before and if you look at pictures you will see what is means. You can adjust with the top link on the disc itself for leveling he claims. Any help with Brand/Model and price is greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have been looking for a similar disk .All those that ive seen in that condition seem to be in the 7 to 800 dollar range ,A new one at tsc or rural king is around 1500 .It looks like a nice heavy disk.

I'm liking $700 to 800, a little less if it's from Tractor Supply, Rural King, or any similar places.
For comparison sake you might want to compare the gauge or heftiness of the steel on the one you're looking at as opposed to what you might get at one of the box stores as I think an older MF, IHC, or other old line manufacturer would be on the beefier side. It looks to be a nice rebuild.
FWIW any 3 point disc can be adjusted for leveling by changing the length of the top link although it does require a little trial and error.

Compared to other disc's of this size, I would say this is one of the better models. And with all new bearings and blades, you have basically a new disc. I would gladly give $900 - $1000 for this disc.
