Tractor accidents killed two people in upstate New York over the weekend.
A tractor rollover accident killed a western New York man on Sunday. State Police in Fredonia say 78-year-old John Bauer of the Buffalo suburb of Kenmore was cutting brush when his tractor overturned into a ditch Sunday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A tractor accident also killed a 16-year-old boy 35 miles east of Syracuse on Saturday. Nathaniel Chandler was driving a tractor in Augusta when it started rolling backward on a hill and overturned in a ditch. He was pinned beneath it and was pronounced dead at the scene.
