Wow!, a lot of good information. It looks like I had better investigate these new Cubs as well as the Kubota BX.

Does anyone have either of the above and use it with a front end loader and/or front blade?

My cub has a loader. It works very well. It lifts more than a comparable size John Deere.

Confused, please ask Kubota BX questions under the Kubota Buying or Operating forums. These areas will provide more info for you than this location. This forum is more oriented to the Lawn and Garden tractor user and other garden equipment. To answer your question most Kubota BX sub compact utility tractors are sold with the very capable Kubota LA211 front loader. A tractor without a loader is half a tractor as far as I am concerned. I and many folks here own Kubota BX tractors. I don't know of anyone who owns one of the new Cub Cadet mini tractors. In fact despite my visiting several dealers I have never seen one or found a brochure on one. I suspect they will be very nice units and will cost quite a bit more than the Kubota BX. I think they will price out about equal to the Kubota 2410 or the JD 4110, just a guess. Did you know that Kubota is the only tractor manufacturere that builds their own engines and transmissions for their utility tractors which includes the mighty BX? You might could justify a Kubota B7500 though I imagine the BX would provide you with everything you need. Anyway, I invite you to inquire more about Kubotas in the Kubota forums, many tractor users rarely visit this forum it seems. Good luck regardless of what you wind up with, hope it is a Kubota! J

I have been to Cub Cadet's website on more than one occasion. Their pricing is way off from what I would expect to pay. Personally, I think MTD is doing itself no favors by listing those prices. I bought my Cub brand new with a loader and paid LESS than what the website listed for the tractor alone. My nephew just purchased a new Kubota L3010 (very nice I might add) for only slightly more than what a comparable 30 HP hydro Cub would cost. By the way, I have yet to see a tractor that I don't like (some I just like more). :)
